Shipping Policy

Upon placing your order please be sure to enter the correct address in the shipping information section. Calm and Scents Candle Co will not be held liable if your package is sent to the wrong location or is lost in transit. All packages are insured and a claim can be filed under the tracking number for financial compensation. If sent back to us as a “return to sender” package, you will need to repay shipping in order to have your package sent out again. 

Packages are shipped using 2-3 USPS Priority Shipping. However, due to increased Post Office demand it is possible your package will take longer to arrive. It is also possible that your tracking number will be shown as “pre shipment”. This means that USPS has not scanned in your package. This has unfortunately become a common occurrence, but typically ends in the package being delivered with slight delay. If your package has still not arrived after 7 days, please reach out. Your order will be made right regardless. 

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds allowed for products that aren’t undamaged. If your product is defective or broken, a refund or replacement product will be provided. However, that is the only case in which a refund shall be given. Please feel free to reach out regarding other issues not listed. 

Item Holds and Sold Out Items 

Approximately once per month I will update my website with hundreds of candles. It is my continuous effort to grow and make more stock. It is possible that what is available will go fast, which can result in being unable to get a candle that was in your cart. Due to high traffic on my website during updates, I do not offer item holds on any item in your cart. Every item is first come first serve. By shopping in my store online, you are acknowledging that it is possible for you to arrive at checkout and have an item taken off since it has sold out. You will not be charged for any item that is taken out of your cart before checkout.
